Halal Certification

Halal Certification is the certificate given to products that are permissible in the direction of Islamic rules and free from any ingredient prohibited under Islamic rules.

In particular, manufacturers who want to trade with Islamic countries need HALAL certification.

Halal is an Arabic word that means “permissible” or “legal.”

It is an accreditation system and certification mark that can be assigned to products or services produced in accordance with Islamic Sharia law for use by Muslims.

Halal products mean compliance with requirements for the raw materials used in the manufacture of halal products, as well as labor and production facilities, tools used by employees, work clothing and labels.

Halal products are increasingly recognized as clean and safe, which is why many companies are obtaining halal certifications for food, cosmetics, medicines and beverages.

Companies can export halal products to Islamic countries after verifying their qualifications after submitting documents that meet halal requirements and standards, and auditing.

Required documents include: application, product questionnaire, business registration certificate, company file, industrial registry, and process flow chart.
